Overview of this TCS34725 colour sensor module
Introducing Roboway TCS34725 colour sensor module with digital I2C output & 16-bit rgb resolution. This module incorporates an IR blocking filter integrated on chip & ensure accurate color measurements by reducing the IR spectral component for incoming light. With its 3,800,000:1 dynamic range and adjustable integration time and gain it provide high accuracy, even behind darkened glass.
It also come with supporting circuitry & include a 3.3V regulator and level shift for I2C pin. This TCS34725 is compatible with 3-5VDC power and can be used with 3.3V or 5V logic. Its neutral 4150°K temperature LED with an onboard MOSFET driver provide illumination & controllable via any logic level output.
Connectable to any microcontroller via I2C, our example code provide quick setup for 4 channel reading, include light lux and temperature detection. Simply wire the sensor to VDD, Ground, SCL, and SDA on your Arduino, select the example sketch, and start exploring color measurements with ease.
